“We did encounter a couple of cockroaches in our room, and the front desk didn’t seem particularly concerned, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, breakfast was very good, the location was excellent, and the rooftop deck was fantastic. Unfortunately, a few pairs of socks went missing with the paid laundry service, and this also wasn’t addressed with much concern.”
