Overall, we had a great trip and truly enjoyed the places we stayed—each property was well chosen and added something special to our experience. However, our experience with the travel agency was disappointing. The planning process became unnecessarily stressful due to communication issues and lack of follow-through, which took away from the excitement leading up to our journey. It was frustrating to deal with that kind of pressure for a trip we had looked forward to for so long.
