The shuttle bus departs each day from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg by 7:00 am.

It’s a 5-6 hour drive from Johannesburg to Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge in the Kruger National Park. We'll take the scenic route through the historic towns of the Panorama Route and to the town of Hoedspruit with scheduled stops for bathroom breaks and leg stretches.

Arrive mid-day in the Mluwati Concession and into Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge. Enjoy a light meal and freshen up before departing late in the afternoon for a game drive on an open safari vehicle. Sundowners are at a special vantage point.

Enjoy a 3-course dinner under the stars at the outdoor boma at Hoyo Hoyo Safari Camp (weather dependent).

You'll have a perfect day of relaxation and pampering at Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge; sandwiched between an exciting early morning and late afternoon Big Five safari tour of the Kruger National Park.

Enjoy tea and coffee before you depart for the sunrise game drive in an open safari vehicle. Have a light informal brunch back at Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge and an afternoon of relaxation before departing for the evening game drive. You'll then enjoy sundowners at a special vantage point and a delicious 3-course dinner under the stars in the outdoor boma.

Wake up early for tea and coffee and then depart for a sunrise safari tour of the Mluwati Concession. Enjoy a light breakfast back at Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge before checking out of your chalet.

You’ll be driven to Hoedspruit mid-morning to catch the shuttle bus back to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.

Arrive in Johannesburg between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm, depending on traffic.
