Itinerary
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) in Nairobi, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative. Depending on your arrival time, you will either be transferred to your hotel in the city to relax, or begin your scenic journey through the Great Rift Valley towards Lake Nakuru National Park.
Lake Nakuru is one of the Rift Valley’s most celebrated lakes, known for its rich biodiversity and striking landscapes. It is particularly famous for its large populations of flamingos—both greater and lesser—as well as numerous other water birds that gather along its shores. The park supports an impressive range of wildlife, including over 56 mammal species such as white rhinos, buffaloes, and more, along with nearly 450 species of birds. Internationally recognized as a key wildlife sanctuary, the park plays a vital role in the conservation of both black and white rhinos.
Upon arrival, you will check in at your camp and enjoy lunch before heading out for an evening game drive. This experience may also include a guided walk along the lakeshore, offering a closer look at the vibrant birdlife that thrives in this unique environment.
