5-Day Dumela Camping Budget Safari Fly in from Cape Town

You can fly into Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport from either Cape Town. We will also meet you at Eastgate for transportation to Dumela Tented Camp. After relaxing and taking advantage of the amenities, you'll depart at 3:00 pm for a 3-hour open vehicle afternoon game drive in the Greater Kruger Blue Canyon aboard an open safari vehicle. You'll witness some of the park's iconic wildlife before heading back to camp around 7:00 pm for a delectable boma fire meal and a serene night under the starlit sky.

Departure times will be confirmed the night before based on animal activity, ensuring optimal wildlife viewing. Your Kruger Park safari will span 7 to 8 hours, allowing ample time to relax back at camp before dinner by the fire. You'll enjoy dinner under the stars every evening.

You'll wake up early to be ready for your unforgettable Panorama Route tour, bringing a change of scenery to your exciting 5-day safari. The Panorama tour will take you along an exhilarating and iconic route where you will witness the following unforgettable landmarks: Berlin Falls, God’s Window, The Pinnacle, 3 Rondawels, and Blyde River Canyon. Your day may proceed in one of two ways: an early departure for the Panorama Route Tour with breakfast along the route and an earlier return, or having breakfast at the lodge first, departing and returning later. On your return, you will have dinner under the stars.

After breakfast, it is time for goodbyes and your return shuttle to Johannesburg. You should arrive back at OR Tambo
International Airport around 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm.
