4-Day Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Mid-Range Tour

Tour: This begins with a pick up from the lodge or the airport and embark on a wonderful game drive to Tarangire National Park with lunch boxes. After the game drive we head back to the lodge for rest, supper and spend the night in the lodge.

Tarangire National Park admired for its big population of elephants, giant baobab Trees with variety of territories comprising of swamplands, savannah with the river Tarangire coursing through the park joining big assortment of wildlife during dry season. This might perhaps provide the experience of seeing a lion hunting his prey or leopards observing while perched on trees.

Main Destination: Tarangire National Park

The best season to visit: It is from July to November when animals move to the Tarangire River in search for water.

After getting up and taking breakfast, your driver guide shall pickup from your hotel to head to the one of the most famous and beautiful national park in the world, Serengeti National Park , before lunch at a suitable spot within the park. We shall extend the game drive activity in the afternoon before proceeding to the lodge.

Serengeti National Park is famous for its large herds of zebras, antelopes, and wildebeests. However, do not be surprised to encounter local wildlife like leopards, cheetahs, and lions carrying out their duties in the ecosystem.

The great migration is the single biggest movement of wildebeest, zebra and other bovine animals to a point of concentration to calve. It is recommended to visit during the period of mid-December to early April to capture the wildebeest giving birth. After the game drives, you will be driven back to the lodge for dinner and for the overnight accommodation.

It an early breakfast then go for an exciting game drive in the plains of Serengeti National Park before proceeding to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You spend dinner and overnight on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater. This affords you an opportunity to go down to the Crater the following morning early in the morning, see many animals when they are most alive.

Another park that is much familiar for hosting great herds of migrating animals like zebras, antelopes, and wildebeests is that of Serengeti. Expect to encounter resident predators such as leopard, cheetah, and lion as they carry out their role in this circle of life.

• This mid-range lodge is situated on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater.

Then in the morning, you will be driven to the crater floor of the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. After you are through with the game drive you will be transferred back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for your Air transfer thus marking the end of this exciting safari.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is among the popular heritage sites in the world and is one of the natural wonders of Africa the inside the crater provides a remarkable opportunity to view a unique and beautiful landscape it is home to all the big five animal such as lions, buffaloes, elephants, leopards, black Rhinos, bird such as a flamingo round the crater and beautiful natural environment in the crater. Expect to find many types of wild animals when you are here within a minute.

Climate:  The best time is from June to October because most of the animals are active during this time.

Peak season: June to September and December to February (Tourists)

Climate: The best time to visit Uganda is from June to October since there is very little rainfall during this period.
