In the morning, you will be picked up from your lodge in Arusha and driven to Tarangire National Park. As you make the journey, meander through undulating Maasai plains where you'll spot clusters of trees accompanied by the colorful dress of the Maasai tribe.

Travel past people walking, cycling, herding cattle and driving donkey carts alongside you. Known for its wide expanse of elephants, Tarangire boasts many other species of animals as well. Climb into a state-of-the-art safari jeep and take in the sight of seasonal swamps, savannas and the life-giving Tarangire River.

Keep an eye out for zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, elephants, giraffes and with luck, a lion or leopard lurking in the trees. After the full game drive, enjoy dinner at one of our carefully selected partner lodges with a pool, inviting restaurant and spacious room.

After a hearty morning meal, we will continue our journey to Lake Manyara National Park. This tranquil park is located 120km west of Arusha and boasts a shallow salt lake that makes up nearly 70 percent of its area.

During the season, this body of water is known to bring in thousands of flamingos as well as over 500 species of distinct birds. As we explore the park, we will hope to witness monkeys, giraffes, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, elephants, and lions lounging in the foliage.

The park is also distinguished for its varied scenery which includes open grassy fields, woodlands populated with primates, and scenic cliffs overflowing with baobab trees. At the culmination of our captivating game drive, we will make our way to our accommodation, leaving us with unforgettable memories of African wildlife.

After an early morning meal, you'll begin your journey to Serengeti National Park. On the way, we'll pass through the mysterious, misty rain forests of Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Here, you may be lucky enough to spot some baboons, leopards, and even elephants as they emerge from amongst the dense vegetation. Then, you will get to observe the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater before driving further to Serengeti National Park.

There, you will be able to explore its varied terrain, including grasslands, swamps, lakes, savannahs, and mountains. After spending some time in the park, you'll travel towards central Serengeti for dinner and a night's stay.

All day long, we get to experience game drives in the Serengeti. It is home to a multitude of animals including impala, African buffalo, crocodiles and hippos. But it is best known for the great migrations of zebra, antelope and wildebeest that take place depending on the season and amount of rainfall.

From November to December, they move to the south where there are grassy plains and woodlands during the longer rainy season from April to June they migrate back north. We also have opportunities to observe leopards, cheetahs, and lions playing their part in the circle of life.

After a memorable day of wildlife adventures, we will retire to your accommodation for some much-needed rest, dinner, and a night's sleep in the great sprawling Serengeti.

After your hearty breakfast, it's time to depart from the Serengeti and embark on an adventure to Ngorongoro Crater. This UNESCO World Heritage Site was formed millions of years ago and has a depth of 600 meters and covers 260 km². It is home to about 25,000 animals, making it one of the best game-viewing parks in Tanzania.

Upon arrival at the crater rim, you can descend into the crater and be greeted by the sight of wildebeest, zebra, gazelles, elephants, and more than 500 bird species. With a little bit of luck, you may even spot the endangered black rhino amongst the grass.

After lunch and an afternoon filled with wildlife spotting, you will head to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

We'll pick you up from your lodging and take you straight to the airport, so you can jet off to Zanzibar! Spend your first evening in Stone Town and take in its fascinating sights.

While you're there, you can arrange to do special things like a guided tour of Old Town, a Spice tour, and a Prison Island tour. We can also book you on a trip to Jozani Forest for some extra days during your stay. Just let the hotel know and they'll organize it all for you.
