Good morning! We're getting ready for an exciting day ahead. After chowing down on a delicious breakfast, we'll set off from Manyara and start making our way to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, we'll traverse the lush Ngorongoro Highlands until we reach the Serengeti gate and the beginning of our game drives for the day.
The Serengeti National Park is the most renowned safari destination in the continent of Africa, boasting an expansive 15,000 sq km of lush savannah habitat home to an impressive array of wild creatures, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes and elephants. After breakfast, we'll go on a unique game drive in Serengeti Park, our last for the trip, with a picnic lunch. Later, we will make our way to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for an overnight stay on the rim of the crater.
