Greetings in Ruhengeri, the gateway town to Volcanoes National Park! Your driver or guide will be ready for the scenic 2-hour drive amidst Rwanda's picturesque hills. Feel free to capture the beauty with photos or take breaks as needed. Wishing you a pleasant journey!
Begin your day with a substantial breakfast before proceeding to the park headquarters for a briefing. Following the briefing, embark on a thrilling gorilla trekking adventure amidst the verdant bamboo-covered slopes of Volcanoes National Park. This immersive experience typically spans from two to five hours. Following the trek, enjoy a satisfying lunch before journeying to Uganda via the Cyanika border, with arrival in Kisoro town expected by late afternoon.
