3-Day Luxury Shepherds Tree Game Lodge in Pilanesburg NP

Shepherds Tree Game Lodge is situated in the North West Province and is in a malaria-free area close to Sun City, approximately 2.5 hours drive from Johannesburg. The lodge offers commanding views of the distant bushveld amphitheater and is superbly positioned adjacent to the Pilanesberg Game Reserve’s wilderness area, thus offering the opportunity of walking trails in this untouched environment. Guests can enjoy 2 game drives daily, conducted in the Pilanesberg in the morning and evening when you are guided by your game ranger in an open 10 seater game viewing vehicle. The game drives will take between 3 to 4 hours, with sundowners stop at sunset and a coffee stop in the morning.

You'll check in at 2:00 pm.

Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on game drives at this lodge but you may make the sole use of a vehicle to facilitate your family at an additional cost. Inquire concerning extra cost.

You will enjoy a breakfast and early morning game drive on the last day.

You'll check out at 11:00 am.

Babysitting facilities are offered at R240 sitter per hour.
Children between the ages of 6 and 12 are permitted on safari at the sole discretion of the manager or guide.
Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on game drives.
Sole use vehicle is available to facilitate families at an additional cost of R5700 (ZAR) per vehicle per game drive.

Kindly note that transfers to and from the lodge are not included in the price quoted but should you need transfers, please inquire and we will gladly include a quote. Transfers to and from the lodge are at extra cost.
