Begin your day with the amazing sights of Mount Meru, before being collected by your driver and guide. Travel the path to Tarangire National Park, which, after the Serengeti, boasts the largest concentration of wildlife in all of Tanzania. You'll find elephant herds, wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, and predators. All while being surrounded by the towering Baobab trees that are so iconic to the landscape. Along the way, stop at Honeyguide Tarangire Camp for a picnic lunch in an idyllic spot. Later, arrive at the Honeyguide Tarangire Camp, perched high above the Great Rift Valley. Get settled in and get a good night's sleep, as you will continue to the Serengeti on the morrow.

Begin your exploration of the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania by heading out early. This acclaimed sanctuary houses the world-renowned Seronera Valley, famous for its vast array of wildlife viewing opportunities. The terrain is composed of sprawling savannahs, scattered outcrops and acacia woodlands, which are connected with rivers, streams and waterholes. Make sure to visit the Central Serengeti while you're there, where the great wildebeest migration takes place, with guests having seen giraffe, impala, waterbuck, hippo, elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, hyena, jackal and serval. This morning we set out from the Serengeti to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the journey, we make a stop at the Olduvai Gorge, one of the most renowned prehistoric locations in the world. Here visitors can discover the captivating history of the gorge's historic role in human evolution and why it is referred to as the "Cradle of Mankind". Once we continue our journey, the Ngorongoro Conservation area offers an astonishing view of its crater (weather permitting). Before long, we reach our inn situated in an exuberant zone just outside Karatu town. Karatu is a type of customary safari destination boasting a busy marketplace, regional brewery and guided tours to local homesteads or into the Ngorongoro Forest. Afterwards, we spend the evening relishing all that Karatu has to offer before heading back to our roomy country lodge.

Get an early start to make the most of your visit to the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater. This renowned safari outpost is renowned for its amazing beauty and wide diversity of wildlife. It's often cited as being the world's biggest intact volcanic caldera, and the stunning views are like nothing else. You'll have a chance to spot the esteemed Big Five, as well as a plethora of other animal species. Spend a day exploring the crater before returning to our Karatu lodge.

We have come to the end of our African safari, and will take the time to immerse ourselves in Lake Manyara National Park. Home to nearly 400 species of avian life, it is also the proud host of the planet's highest concentration of baboons. Not only that, but tourists here may be lucky enough to spot giraffes, zebra, wildebeest, impalas, warthogs, Cape clawless otters, and Egyptian mongooses. The park is not without its priorities; visitors can appreciate thousands of flamingos gathering together on the lake, the often-photographed tree-climbing lions, and numerous herds of elephants wandering through the woodlands.
