After breakfast at the lodge, proceed for a guided tour of the mighty falls. We first pass one of the largest baobab trees in the region. These gigantic and ancient trees are characteristic of the African bush. From here, we take a 3 kilometer walking tour around the falls, taking in a number of different viewpoints, including Devil’s Cataract, Danger Point, and others. You will get wet at some viewpoints due to spray, so remember to cover your cell phones and camera equipment (park fee included).

Later in the afternoon, you will be collected again and transferred to the jetty for a sunset boat cruise on the Zambezi River above the falls, complete with drinks and snacks. This excursion also offers the opportunity to see not just a typically beautiful sunset but also wildlife, including hippos, elephants, buffaloes, and bushbuck (park fee included). Transfer to your lodge for your overnight stay in Victoria Falls.

After breakfast at the lodge, proceed on a full-day safari in Chobe National Park, Botswana.

Botswana’s Chobe National Park, located on the banks of the scenic Chobe River, is home to one of the largest game concentrations in Africa. Experience the thrill of a game drive on the lookout for elephants and lions that populate the park. A morning private transfer takes you from your lodge to the Kazungula border, where you’ll be met by a representative from the Botswana Company and assisted through immigration procedures, followed by transfer to the jetty.

Enjoy a boat cruise on the Chobe River (cool box with mineral water and soft drinks on board), and have lunch at a selected resort in Kasane. Go on a safari game drive in Chobe National Park, with complimentary drinks on board. Return to the border for the transfer back to Victoria Falls in the evening.
