4-Day Kruger Luxury Wildlife Safari

We’ll depart early from Johannesburg or Pretoria and drive east toward the Kruger National Park. This route showcases some of the finest farmlands and mountain passes in South Africa. En route, we’ll stop at one of the restaurants for brunch or lunch (at your own cost).

After lunch, we make our way towards our lodge in Hazyview. After check-in, you will have time to relax before boarding an open 4×4 vehicle for an exciting 2-hour sunset game drive in the Kruger National Park.

Dinner and overnight will be in comfortable accommodation.

This morning, you start early, around 5 am. After coffee and rusks, you board an open Land Cruiser for a full-day game drive in Kruger National Park. The drive starts at the Phabeni Gate and ends at the Orpen Gate. During the drive, you will explore different areas of Kruger National Park. You will have plenty of game-viewing opportunities and great photographic moments. We stop for lunch at one of the park's rest camps (own account).

You will be transferred to an exclusive luxury lodge deep in the bush. This luxurious tented experience is located in the southwestern region of the Kruger National Park.

This morning, you will enjoy coffee and biscuits before departing for a sunrise game drive in the greater Kruger reserve. Here, game drives often take you off-road as the guide tracks animals in the wild. Expect intense sightings as the guide gets you as close as possible to the wild animals. You stop for refreshments somewhere deep in the bush.

After refreshments, you continue your game drive through the African bush. You return to the lodge for breakfast and then enjoy some quiet time. The beautiful deck overlooks a nearby waterhole that attracts various animals. Later, you will depart on a bush walk with your armed ranger.

After your bush walk, you will enjoy a light lunch. In the afternoon, you can relax and enjoy quiet time or keep an eye on the waterhole. You never know when animals might show up!

In the late afternoon, you will depart on a sunset and night game drive. The guide will use a spotlight to locate nocturnal animals.

Return for dinner and overnight.

This is the last day of your African safari. This morning, you will do a quick 90-minute sunrise game drive before returning to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, we leave Kruger behind and make our way along the Panorama Route, stopping at God’s Window and the Blyde River Canyon (the world’s third-largest canyon). Along this scenic route, you will enjoy breathtaking views and plenty of photo opportunities.

We then make our way back to Johannesburg. We drop you off by arrangement in the late afternoon or early evening.
