Our Mara River GNU Migration Safari explores the regions of the northern tip of the Serengeti and Mara River to enable you to witness the massive herds of migrating wildebeest. Ideally, if the timing is good you should then get a view of wildebeest crossing the Mara River. This is the epicenter of where you are most likely to find huge herds of elephant at Tarangire National Park. Experience the many sights in the Manyara parks through the many different types of Primates. Ensure that you discover in the regions numerous types of wild animals such as the black rhino which are found in the Ngorongoro Crater.

Itinerary
In the morning take a drive towards the Lake Nakuru which is best known as flamingoes natural habitat. They can visit Nyahururu to see the Thomson Waterfall before proceeding to the lake, where they will reach for lunch at Nakuru Lodge at Lake Nakuru. Have lunch and relax. In the afternoon, we go for the game drive to watch the many numerous pink flamingoes in the lake, black and white rhinos and other aquatic animals. The last scenario takes place at the viewpoint, “Out of Africa,” which is a perfect place to watch the beautiful African sunset. Then return back for dinner and your accommodation on fully board basis.

Following breakfast in your lodge, drive to Masai Mara to arrival in the mid morning for lunch at the Enkorok Mara Camp. On this wildlife, you can beat a afternoon having a game drive moving without worrying about the presence of the big cats. After breakfast take a game drive to Isebania where our Tanzania team of drivers/guides will take over your tour and continue with your northern circuit Tanzanian Safari. On border of Kenya/Tanzania at Isebania, you will change your car after immigration procedures. Head north to the Serengeti’s northern tracks to witness the departure of the migration to cross the perilous Mara River that is infested with the greatest alligators in the world. “We call it river of death”.

In the morning, the driver/guide will take you to the floor of the 100-square Miles Crater to witness game on the Crater floor. The crater floor with watering holes also accommodates nearly 30 000 animals in what can be naturally fenced by the slopes of this volcano. You will find the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, leopard among others.
Situated in the manyara region the Ngorongoro crater is the largest intact volcanic crater in the world measuring about 265 square kilometers its walls are very steep with a vertical drop of 610 meters from the floor. It is without doubt one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World and is rich in wildlife. While on this safari, you will be able to witness one of the most magnificent spectacles of the entire natural world, the Great Migration. Every year one and half million wildebeests and hundreds of thousands of zebras and gazelles migrate between Serengeti plains of Tanzania and the Mara plains of Kenya in their never ending search for water and green pastures. Look forward to tense river crossing sequences where the herds are confronted by crocodiles and confrontations with other predators which include lions, cheetas and hyenas.
