Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by our experienced tour guide and then driven to the hotel.
Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the hotel or visit the adjacent famous Mabamba swamp on a wooden motorized boat tracking the shoe bill, other bird .

After breakfast at your hotel in Entebbe, you will check out early since you will embark on a journey to Murchison falls national park. One exciting activity entails having a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary where you will have an opportunity to track rhinos.
After brief history, you will go with the park rangers for the tracking of the rhinos at Ziwa rhino sanctuary on foot. In this activity, you will get an opportunity to be in close physical contact with the rhinos and take pictures with them.
By the end of this activity, you will be taken to Masindi for lunch and then proceed to the Murchison falls national park to view a spectacular scene at the top of the falls. You will then proceed to your lodge for check in and await dinner and overnight accommodation.

You will go for an early morning game drive in Murchison falls national park to look for animals like lions, giraffes, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes such as impalas, waters bucks, and many others while enjoying the beautiful sunset.
After your morning game drive, you will be taken for a mid morning snack back to the lodge. During the afternoon you will practically take a boat ride on the bottom of the falls which will take 2 to 3 hours.
You will easily notice along the water shores other wild animals like elephants, hippos, buffalos, crocodiles, and giraffes and also various bird species. You will also be able to view the spectacular Murchison falls from the boat and then retire for breakfast, lunch, dinner and the night in the lodge.

You will be waken up early in the morning and start with a breakfast at the lodge before travelling to the park offices at Budongo forest for a briefing on how the chimp trekking will be conducted. This will be followed by an introduction by the rangers and then you will be taken in groups to search for the chimps in the Budongo forest. While searching for the chimps, you will come across other primates such as black and white colobus monkeys, baboons and also birds and butterflies among others. You will also be taught the various tree species that are present in the forest.
When you are with the chimps in Kibale forest you will spend one hour with the chimpanzees during which you will take photos, record the chimpanzees and their activities. At the end of the activity, you will return to the park headquarter and this is where you join your guide/interpreter.

What to Expect
Rapids and Excitement covers 20-30 Km of the Nile and goes through some of the thrilling grade 3 to 5 rapids. These are ranging from the moderate rapids to the difficult, this is for the adventure lovers. But for those who do not want to go in for dramatic class IV or class V rapids, there is an option of going through some of the rapids and avoiding others.
This is one of the popular adventure activities in Jinja which provide the visitors with an option of white water rafting while enjoying the beautiful scenery, ferocity and thrill from the longest river in the world.

On the last day of the trip you will go for a boat ride, this time on Source of the Nile- a unique and historical boat cruise, the Nile River begins its journey here ending at the Mediterranean.
Exploring the Source: You embark on the journey from the shores of Ripon Falls at the point where Lake Victoria actually drains into the River Nile. The boat will help you to ride to the point where the river starts. Your guide will discuss historical and geographical meaning and importance of the source of the Nile. While cruising, you get a close up view of birds, koi fish, king fishers, cormorants, fish eagles and many others along the side of the river. Other animals that you may chance on include the monitor lizards, the otters and sometimes even the monkeys on the beach.
Once the boat cruise is over, want to be taken back to the dock and be transported back to Entebae. The driving distance is approximately 120km and the estimated time to complete the drive varies between 2-3 hours depending on the traffic experienced. You will be reaching Entebbe International Airport with a lot of time to connect home, thinking about your safari experience.

The humid climates prevail during the months of March, April, May, October, November and December; therefore the vegetation looks greener and there are fewer tourists but some parts are inaccessible.
