Day 01 :

Arrival and Addis Ababa City Tour

Arrival in Addis in the morning at Bole Airport. Driver and tour guide pick up at the airport on arrival. Transfer to Hotel. Have a rest in the morning. In the afternoon, see the Entoto Mountains that houses the city that was founded by Emperor Menelik in 1887 Addis Ababa. With Entoto Maryam Church and the Memorial Museum, you will be able to glance around Addis. On our way back, go the Tomoca, the oldest coffee house in Addis. Proceed to the hotel for some rest and refreshments. In the evening, a traditional dinner.

Day 02 :

Drive to Hawassa

Morning drive to Hawassa passing through the rift valley area with beautiful lakes such as Ziway which is famously known as the bird watchers facility. Last stop is at Shashamane town which is the home of many Rastafarian people from Jamaica and other parts many other countries. They deified Emperor Haileselassie I (formerly known as Ras Tafari) as their savior and Ethiopia as their Eden. Then, farther drive 25KM to Hawassa for overnight stay.

Day 03 :

Drive to Yirgalem

In the morning have a taste of the daily fresh fish market along the shores of lake Hawassa. This market will be a true representation of the local culture as you watch people relishing on the different types of fish such as the Ethiopien sushi. It will also be possible for you to capture a number of different water bird species. Then, drive to Yirgalem. Your destination today is Aregash Lodge located in between coffee plants and trees. They are constructed of bamboo and thatch in the typical regional style of the Sidama villages. It lies within a beautiful forest with the caring environment suitable to accommodate over one hundred different species of birds and mammals. Other interesting features include coffee plantation and hyenas that are usually seen at night with their frightening noises.

Day 04 :

Drive to Yirgachefe

Have your breakfast at the lodge then proceed to visit Yirgachafe and there is a famous type of Ethiopia coffee producing area and visit few production cooperatives. In the afternoon, visit Langano and after having checked into a resort, go to the lakeside in the late afternoon to watch the beautiful sunset over Langano Lake.

Day 05 :

Transportation to Addis Ababa and their departure

Today, today you will go back to Addis Ababa. On the way, stop over at the Abijatta-Shala National Park. Lake Shala is one of the deepest lake which measures over 260 meters in depth and Lake Abijatta is a soda baked and these two hold thousands of flamingos. After the visit, proceed and drive back to Addis Ababa.
Farewell dinner in the evening with the Finot Tour Ethiopia including cultural dinner and tasting of traditional Ethiopian food and beverages. Here, you will appreciate and be exposed to several cultural dances from different parts of Ethiopia. After the farewell dinner party, we will take you to the Bole International Airport for an international flight.
