Itinerary
Our representative (or your guide) will meet you at the airport, pick you up and transfer you to your lodge in Arusha. The drive from the airport to your hotel is about an hour. Your safari consultant together with your safari guide will brief you on various aspects of your itinerary including sharing all the important tips before the safari begins.

In the morning, your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and drive to Arusha National Park for a day of game driving with a packed lunch. The park is home to buffalo, elephants, waterbucks, giraffes, warthogs, zebras and white colobus monkeys, baboons, and different bird species. You will spend your afternoon on a canoeing safari on Momella Lake, which is mostly surrounded by migratory pink flamingos and other colorful water birds. After plenty of time allocated for you to observe the wildlife, you will drive further to your lodging inside the park for leisure.

After an early breakfast, you will drive to the ranger post where you will meet an armed ranger waiting for you to accompany you on your walking safari that will give you the chance to experience the wildlife up close. Only a few other national parks in Tanzania give you such an opportunity, and it is something that should not be missed. Later, you will drive to Tarangire National Park for an overnight stay and dinner.

In the morning (depending on the agreed time), you will start a wildlife viewing drive. This park is distinguished by a great number of elephants, birdlife, big cats, and other fabulous wildlife. Tarangire River, which cuts through the park, is a magnet for animal life. In the evening, you'll proceed to your lodge.

After a hearty breakfast, you will proceed to Serengeti via Ndutu, part of Ngorongoro and Serengeti, famous for cheetahs and other big cats. You arrive in Serengeti for an afternoon game drive that offers every day’s opportunities to spot Tanzania’s most impressive wildlife. The Central Serengeti and the Seronera River Valley are a ‘must-see’ game area on each safari to Serengeti, regardless. This area is dominated by an incredible number of resident wildlife, including the Big Five.

Your entire day is dedicated to seeing the best of Serengeti wildlife activities, including tracking the wildebeest migration in the western corridor. Mornings and evenings are always the best time to view animals! You will descend into the heart of wild Africa, Serengeti National Park, with its endless plains rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. You will head to the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River that provides valuable water and hence attracts representatives of most of the Serengeti’s species. Later on, you will proceed to the western corridor for an extension game drive. You'll arrive at the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

You'll enjoy the final game drive in Serengeti and yet more heart-stopping photo opportunities! Serengeti accommodates a great number of wildlife, including healthy populations of lion, buffalo, impala, hippo, waterbuck, elephant, cheetah, leopard, and a host of other game species —not to mention the more than 400 species of birds. Later on, you'll proceed to Ngorongoro, at the edge of the crater, you will have your first glimpse of what awaits you the following day —glistening streams, open grassland, and an infinite number of animals.

As you wind up your safari, you will have another incredible day in Ngorongoro Crater through the splendid landscape rich in wildlife. This dramatic caldera is inhabited by more than 25,0000 resident animals. The Crater is a unique ecosystem of grass steppe and acacia forest inhabited by the Big Five as well as zebra, hippo, wildebeest, cheetah, and many more. Later on, you will ascend the crater and proceed to Arusha for evening leisure, dinner, and an overnight stay.

You'll enjoy morning leisure before we transfer you to Arusha Airport for your domestic flight to Zanzibar. You'll arrive at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, commonly known as Zanzibar Airport, where our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Stone Town. You will have the entire afternoon to enjoy Stone Town on your own, including visiting the Forodhani food market, which is just brilliant starting from 7 pm.
