The shuttle bus departs each day from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg at 7:00 am.

It’s a 5-6 hour drive from Johannesburg to Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge in the Kruger National Park. We will take the scenic route through the historic towns of the Panorama Route and to the town of Hoedspruit with scheduled stops for bathroom breaks and leg stretches.

Arrive at mid-day in the Mluwati Concession and into Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge. Enjoy a light meal and freshen up before departing late in the afternoon for a game drive on an open safari vehicle. Sundowners are at a special vantage point.

Enjoy a 3-course dinner under the stars at the outdoor boma at Hoyo Hoyo Safari Camp (weather dependent).

Enjoy tea and coffee before you depart for the sunrise game drive in an open safari vehicle; then have a light informal brunch back at Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge. Have an afternoon of relaxation before departing for the evening game drive. Enjoy sundowners at a special vantage point and a delicious 3-course dinner under the stars in the outdoor boma.

Wake up early for hot beverages and breakfast pastries and then join your game ranger for your last game drive in Mluwati Concession. Enjoy a late breakfast on your return before checking out. We'll depart late in the morning for the return journey to Johannesburg. Arrive at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg late in the afternoon (approximately 5:00 pm).
