4-Day Big Five Exploration Trip Tanzania (Lodging)

Pick up from Hotel in Arusha at 8am and transferred to Tarangire National Park (2hrs drive) for full day game drive in this park famous for Big Herds of Elephants and Baobab trees until late afternoon (packed lunches will be provided for this day). Later by 5pm, exit the park and head to Octagon Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight (lodge has swimming pool).

After an early breakfast at Octagon Safari Lodge, depart at 7 AM with packed lunches for a scenic drive to Serengeti National Park. Arriving at the entrance gate by noon, enjoy a relaxing lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a thrilling game drive, exploring the vast Serengeti until 6:30 PM. Overnight stay with dinner at Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge, where you'll rest in comfort amidst nature's beauty.

Start your day with an early breakfast before heading out for a thrilling morning game drive in Serengeti at 6 AM. Explore the park until 11 AM, spotting wildlife in the golden morning light. Afterward, return to the lodge for a delicious brunch. Then, load up your vehicle for a scenic drive towards Ngorongoro, with an exciting en route game drive along the way. Arriving at Hhando Coffee Lodge, perched on the Crater rim at 2,300 meters, enjoy a delightful dinner and overnight stay, surrounded by breathtaking views of the iconic Ngorongoro Crater.

Enjoy an early breakfast, then descend into the Ngorongoro Crater at 6:00 AM with packed lunches for a half-day game drive. Explore the crater floor, home to an incredible concentration of wildlife including lions, rhinos, elephants, and hippos. Around midday, stop for a picnic lunch by the famous hippo pool while taking in the breathtaking scenery. After lunch, begin your drive back to Arusha, arriving by approximately 5:00 PM for drop-off in town or at your hotel for onward travel arrangements.
