Itinerary
Your adventure begins with a warm welcome in Kigali, followed by a scenic drive to the stunning Volcanoes National Park. Along the way, enjoy Rwanda’s iconic rolling hills and breathtaking countryside views.
On arrival, check in at your lodge and unwind in the peaceful surroundings. Spend your afternoon relaxing and soaking in the beautiful scenery of the volcanic landscapes. As evening sets in, enjoy a delicious dinner as you prepare for the unforgettable wildlife experiences ahead.

After an early breakfast, proceed to the park headquarters for a 7:30 AM briefing before your gorilla trekking adventure begins. Accompanied by experienced ranger guides, you will hike through the lush, misty rainforest in search of your assigned gorilla family. The trek may take between 2 to 5 hours, with every step building anticipation.
Once you find the gorillas, you will spend an unforgettable one hour observing them up close in their natural habitat. After the trek, visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund to learn more about vital conservation efforts. Return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Begin your day with an early breakfast before heading into the bamboo forests for a guided golden monkey trekking experience. Led by expert park rangers, this enchanting activity offers a close encounter with one of Rwanda’s most playful and rare primates.
After the trek, return to your lodge to freshen up and enjoy a hearty lunch. Later, drive back to Kigali, and if time allows, take a short city tour including a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial for a meaningful insight into Rwanda’s history.
Your journey concludes with a transfer to Kigali International Airport for your departure, carrying unforgettable memories of your Rwandan adventure.
