Overview
This is the largest national park in Kenya and you will have a chance to go for a game drive at one of the best places to witness the big five, giraffes, antelopes and other small wild animals. The landscape is beautiful and tourists have the chance to pass the night at Saltlick Lodge which is built on silts. A day to be in close contact with elephants, a possibility to experience night game drives, and to visit the highest point of African Mountains: Mount Kilimanjaro.

Itinerary
Transfer from Mombasa or Nairobi to Tsavo east national park. We will be having a game drive in mid-morning and lunch at the beautiful Voi Safari Lodge. In the afternoon, you are for game drive and chances to view lions, elephants, leopards and cheetah. It also has a good landscape and is the largest park in kenya and an advantage here is that you are able to see the big five.
This park is well famous for the infamous Tsavo lions which attacked and killed a number of construction workers when construction of the Kenya Uganda railway was underway. The lodge also features a tunnel in which one can get a closer view of the animals and there is also a swimming pool.

- The distance from Saltlick to Tsavo West is 1-2 hours depending on the number of animals that are to be seen along the way.
- The drive from Tsavo West to Amboseli takes approximately between 3-4 hours on a road that offers a scenic view of the savanna and a chance to come across some of the big animals.
- From Amboseli, getting back to Diani Beach normally takes about 6-7 hours on a safari.
