Itinerary
Our senior staff will receive you on arrival. Following your briefing, we proceed to the Great Rift Valley Floor to the most famous wildlife reserve; The Maasai Mara arriving at 1:00 p.m for lunch.
Experience an afternoon game drive from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

This day follows the same pattern like yesterday, this involves morning game drive from 6:30am – 9:00am then an evening game drive from 4:00 pm to 6:30pm or else have a full day game drive to Mara River to watch the wildebeest migration from July to October. The Masai Mara National Reserve lies adjacent to the Serengeti National Park in Mara region of Tanzania. It is named in honor of the Maasai people (the earliest known inhabitants of the area) and what they term the area as seen from afar. The name “Mara” meaning “spotted” in the Maa ( Maasai language) fits well with circles of trees, scrubs, savanna, and cloud shadows making up the landscape.
It is well-known for its prolific presence of Masai giraffe, lions, wild beasts, leopards, elephants, cheetahs and the annual migration of zebra and wild beast from Serengeti plains every between July to October, famously referred to as the vanguard of the Great Migration.

For the next day, plan to go for a morning game drive after taking breakfast then proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park in the afternoon for lunch. There is an afternoons game drive from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The park is also blessed with different types of animals such as gazelles, impalas, zebras, buffaloes, reed bucks, white and black rhinos. It is also famous for bird watching tourism as there are over 400 species of birds located in the park.

Early morning after breakfast, we travel to Amboseli with a check in time of 2:00 pm for lunch. Later in the afternoon at 4:00 pm you will be taken for an afternoon game drive up to 6:30 pm. Amboseli National Park lies beneath the mighty Mount Kilimanjaro. The park is famous for large herds of elephants where one will be able to take a close look at them.

The day is devoted to a morning game drive at 6:30 in the morning and an afternoon game drive at 4 in the evening. Here one can find different natural features of the park: the dried up bed of Lake Amboseli; wetlands with the crystalline sulfur springs; savannas and woodlands. They include the African elephants, the gazelles, zebras, the wild beasts,the Masai giraffes and on rare occasions lions and cheetahs too.

Today we will take a breakfast at the lodge before proceed to Nairobi through the Great rift valley scenic view. You will be transferred to your Nairobi lodge or to the airport fly back home.
Another important asset of the park is the community of the famous Masai warriors. All across the savanna they are famous for their courage in combat with animals and their dances and songs are a warm introduction to their culture. You will be able to learn their culture, and go to their home to get a glimpse of how the extraordinary lives they live. This visit is optional, however this will attract an extra fee of US$30.
Other possible activities for this day include, half day city tour, a cultural experience at the Bomas of Kenya, followed by a dinner at the renowned Carnivore restaurant where you will order exotic meals (optional and on own expense).

In our case, the dry season extending from June to October is perfect for watching wildlife in Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli since animals since animals congregate around water points and the vegetation is thin. If you want to see the great migration in the masai mara then you should travel between the months of July to September.
